These terms govern your use of the VoltPlayer app, website, and any device activation or reseller credits you purchase. By downloading, activating, or using VoltPlayer, you agree to these terms.
VoltPlayer is a media player application. It ships empty, with no bundled channels, playlists, or content. It plays whatever legal M3U link or Xtream Codes login you supply. We do not provide, sell, host, or stream any content, and we're not affiliated with any IPTV or content provider.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use VoltPlayer on devices you own or control. This license does not extend to reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the app outside of the approved reseller program.
You agree not to:
VoltPlayer has no visibility into, and no responsibility for, the legality, quality, or availability of any playlist or stream you connect to the app. See our disclaimer for the full position.
Activation licenses and reseller credits are sold as described at checkout. Full pricing details are on our pricing page, and refund eligibility is covered in our refund policy. 1 Year licenses renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Reseller accounts are subject to a separate reseller agreement in addition to these terms, covering credit pricing, bulk activation conduct, and support obligations toward your own customers.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the app or website at any time. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that affect paid licenses.
We may suspend or terminate access to VoltPlayer if these terms are violated, including circumventing activation controls or using the app to access clearly unauthorised content at scale. You can stop using the app and cancel any recurring plan at any time.
VoltPlayer is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly where issues stem from your device, network, or third-party playlist source.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoltPlayer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including issues related to third-party content or services you connect to it.
These terms are governed by the laws of our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of VoltPlayer after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
