1. VoltPlayer is a player, not a content service

VoltPlayer is comparable to a media player like VLC or a web browser — it plays whatever address or login you give it. It ships completely empty, with no bundled channels, no built-in catalog, and no recommended sources. What you connect to the app, and whether you're entitled to access it, is entirely your responsibility.

2. Your content, your responsibility

You must only load playlists, Xtream Codes logins, or streams that you are legally authorised to access. VoltPlayer has no way of knowing where your playlist comes from or what it contains, and takes no responsibility for the legality, availability, quality, or safety of any third-party content you choose to connect.

3. No affiliation with content or IPTV sellers

Any website, seller, or reseller offering “VoltPlayer subscriptions,” channel packages, or bundled content alongside the VoltPlayer name is not affiliated with us and is not endorsed by us. We only sell activation of the player application itself. If you've been sold “content” under the VoltPlayer name, that transaction was not with us.

4. No warranty on third-party sources

Because we don't control the servers, playlists, or providers you connect to, we can't guarantee uptime, stream quality, or content availability for any third-party source. Playback issues tied to your playlist provider are outside our control.

5. Trademarks

Device and platform names referenced on this site (e.g. Samsung, LG, Fire TV, Roku, Apple TV, Android TV) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. VoltPlayer is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoltPlayer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of third-party content or services accessed through the app, including but not limited to legal claims related to the content itself.

7. Copyright & DMCA notice process

VoltPlayer does not host, store, or transmit any copyrighted works. If you believe your copyrighted content is being accessed by a third-party playlist or provider through VoltPlayer, the correct target for a takedown notice is that third-party provider or host — not VoltPlayer, since we hold no copies of any content and no ability to remove it from a source we don't operate.

That said, we take copyright seriously and will act on legitimate reports where they concern something within our control (for example, our own app store listings, marketing materials, or website). If you'd like to submit a notice, include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
• The specific VoltPlayer-controlled material (URL, listing, or asset) you believe infringes it — not a third-party stream or playlist we don't operate.
• Your contact information and a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you're authorised to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
