Does VoltPlayer include any channels or playlists?
No. VoltPlayer is a pure media player and ships completely empty. You load your own legal playlist — we never provide, sell, host, or recommend any channels, movies, series, or subscriptions.
Where do I get a playlist?
From your own IPTV or media provider, or your own hosted M3U file. VoltPlayer only plays a list you already have — we don't sell, resell or point you to any content source.
What formats can I load?
Standard M3U and M3U8 playlist links, plus full Xtream Codes logins (server, username, password). You can add several at once and switch between them from the app.
Do you store my playlist or login details?
Your playlist is stored locally on your device, tied to your activation. We don't host or copy the content itself — it streams directly from your provider's server to your device.
Can I load multiple playlists at once?
Yes. Add several M3U links and Xtream Codes logins to the same VoltPlayer activation and switch between them instantly from one interface — no need to pick just one provider.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Activation is a one-time lifetime fee per device, or an optional yearly plan if you'd rather pay less up front. There's also a 7-day free trial with full features. Your playlist is always separate — that's never something we charge for.
What's the difference between Lifetime and 1 Year?
Lifetime is a single €14.99 payment per device that keeps VoltPlayer unlocked forever, including future updates and priority support. The 1 Year plan unlocks everything for €4.99 and renews annually with standard support.
Can I move my activation to a new device?
Activation is tied to the device it was purchased on. If you're replacing a device, contact support with your original activation details and we'll help where we can.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within the terms set out in our refund policy. Reach out to support with your order details and we'll take it from there.

Samsung and LG smart TVs, VIDAA, Whale OS, Titan OS, Android TV, Fire TV, Apple TV, Roku, iOS, Android, and Windows — 14+ platforms from a single activation flow. See the full list on the download page.
Can I use VoltPlayer on more than one device?
Each activation covers one device. If you use VoltPlayer on multiple screens (TV, phone, tablet), each one needs its own activation.
Can I stop someone from resetting my playlist?
Yes. The Lock MAC / device feature ties your activation and playlist to your specific device so nobody else can reset or reassign it without your PIN.
Does VoltPlayer run well on an old or low-RAM Android box?
Yes. VoltPlayer's interface is built to stay lightweight on modest hardware — it doesn't need a high-end Android TV box or Firestick to run smoothly. If a device runs Android TV at all, VoltPlayer is worth trying on it.
What if my playlist won't load?
Double-check the M3U link or Xtream Codes login is correct and that your provider's service is online — VoltPlayer simply plays what's handed to it. If the link works elsewhere but not in VoltPlayer, contact support with your activation code.
Does VoltPlayer support 4K?
Yes — smooth playback up to 4K HDR with hardware-accelerated decoding, provided your device and playlist source support it.
Does VoltPlayer support EPG and catch-up TV?
Yes. VoltPlayer shows a full electronic program guide (EPG) with now-and-next info for every channel, and supports catch-up / timeshift playback where your provider's Xtream Codes or M3U source includes it.
Can I cast VoltPlayer to Chromecast or AirPlay?
Chromecast casting is supported on Android. AirPlay support is planned for iOS. Until then, install VoltPlayer directly on Android TV, Google TV, or Fire TV for the full-screen experience on your TV.
Can I use an external player like VLC or MX Player?
Yes. You can hand playback off to an external player, or stay in VoltPlayer's fast built-in engine — your choice, per device.
Is there parental control?
Yes. You can lock or hide any group, channel or category behind a PIN to keep things family-safe.
